Ria Keburia Foundation invites you to the opening of Rémanence, a solo exhibition by French artist Valentin Vougueray, developed during his residency at the foundation.
Vougueray lives and works in Paris, where he studied at Gobelins (École de l'image), one of France's most prestigious schools for visual arts and animation. His practice moves between abstraction and reality, engaging with memory, spatial perception, and the passage of time. Minimalism, silence, and a quiet poetic use of colour define his visual language.
The works created during the residency are in dialogue with the surrounding architecture and environment, forming an exhibition that feels less like a display and more like an experience: textures, light, and fragmented memories suspended between dream and reality.
