The experience, of living in exile and being caught between two cultures, is the driving force of the AIR participants' creative work. The projects created during the residency program and presented in the gallery space shows sculptural installation, videos, films, and animations that offer a glimpse into the social and political realities that shape their identity – and those of millions of artists and art professionals who are currently removed from their places of belonging.
