The Ria Keburia Foundation welcomes you to Echo of the Fall, Maka Zedelashvili's solo exhibition featuring works created during her residency at Ambasadori Kachreti.

Maka Zedelashvili is a Georgian multimedia artist who has shared her art worldwide for over thirty years. She has marked her artistic journey through workshops, symposiums, forums, solo exhibitions, and collaborations. Her pieces are held in esteemed museums and private collections worldwide. As a Master of Fine Arts and Digital Modeling, she seamlessly blends innovative techniques with profound narratives, crafting evocative works that transcend the boundaries of medium and form.

While her work often draws from timeless themes such as existential struggles, traditions, women's rights, sacral and religious beliefs, or other social discourse, Zedelashvili's art reimagines these subjects through a contemporary lens, engaging modern audiences with bold introspection.

The exhibition "Echo of the Fall" delves into the profound significance of falling, whether it pertains to the physicality of bodies, the fragileness of emotions, or the complexities of the mind. Autor juxtaposes the burdensome nature of life against the ephemeral lightness of open space. This exhibition tells the story of a struggle between holding on and letting go in a noisy silence following a fall.
